Gotowanie to wspaniała rzecz. Pozwala udać się w podróż po smakach, odkryć nowe produkty i ich połączenia. Nic tak jednak nie cieszy jak gotowanie dla kogoś lub z kimś. Dlatego zapraszam do udziału w konkursie, a może to właśnie z Tobą udam się w kulinarną podróż?

Pytacie mnie bardzo często jak to robię, że udaje mi się utrzymać dobrą sylwetkę? Odpowiadam Wam, że dużo ćwiczę, ale podstawą jest też u mnie dieta. To co jem, z jakich składników i pochodzenia jest dla mnie bardzo ważne. Staram się gotować odpowiedzialnie i przede wszystkim zdrowo. Teraz chciałam zaprosić Was do mojej kuchni i to dosłownie :)

Regulamin konkursu "Wspólne gotowanie z Ewą Szabatin"

1. POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE

1. Organizatorem konkursu "Wspólne gotowanie z Ewą Szabatin" (zwaną dalej "Konkursem"), jest FIT FASHION FREAK BY Ewa Szabatin (zwana dalej "Organizatorem")

2. Fundatorem nagrody jest Organizator. 

3. Konkurs jest prowadzony na stronie www.ewaszabatin.pl oraz udostępniana na profilu FB i IG Ewy Szabatin.

2. WARUNKI UCZESTNICTWA

1. W Konkursie mogą uczestniczyć wyłącznie osoby fizyczne, konsumenci w rozumieniu art. 221 kodeksu cywilnego, posiadające pełną zdolność do czynności prawnych, za wyjątkiem pracowników Organizatora.

Warunkiem wzięcia udziału jest przesłanie odpowiedzi na pytanie i inspiracji - jaki owoc króluje w mojej kuchni i  który może być świetnym dodatkiem do kanapek czy chłodników? Jaka jest Twoja inspiracja na jego wykorzystanie? oraz przesłanie zgłoszenia z danymi na adres mailowy Organizatora: ewaszabatin.fitfashionfreak@gmail.com

2. Konkurs trwa od dnia 03.08.2018 do dnia 15.08.2018.

3. NAGRODA

1. Nagrodą w konkursie jest obecność Zwycięzcy na planie zdjęciowym filmu o gotowaniu przez Ewę Szabatin oraz wspólne gotowanie przed kamerą. Film zostanie później opublikowany na kanale Youtube Ewy Szabatin.  

2. Zwycięzca może zrzec się Nagrody, ale w zamian nie przysługuje mu ekwiwalent pieniężny ani jakakolwiek inna nagroda.

4. ZASADY PRZYZNAWANIA NAGRÓD

1. Każdy Uczestnik konkursu musi drogą mailową na adres ewaszabatin.fitfashionfreak@gmail.com przesłać odpowiedź na pytanie i inspirację - jaki owoc króluje w mojej kuchni i  który może być świetnym dodatkiem do kanapek czy chłodników? Jaka jest Twoja inspiracja na jego wykorzystanie? 

2. Przesyłając odpowiedź, Uczestnik powinien wyrazić zgodę na wykorzystanie i przetwarzanie przez Organizatora swoich danych osobowych uzyskanych w związku z organizacją Konkursu, wyłącznie na potrzeby organizowanego Konkursu, zgodnie z przepisami Ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (Dz. U. z 2002 r., Nr 101, poz. 926 z późn. zm.). Podanie przez Uczestnika danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, choć konieczne do wzięcia udziału w Konkursie. Uczestnik ma prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych oraz ich poprawiania. Przesyłając swoje dane wyrażasz zgodę na opublikowanie Twojego imienia i nazwiska w przypadku ewentualnej wygranej na liście zwycięzców, czyli na wykorzystanie i przetwarzanie twoich danych osobowych w celu przeprowadzenia tego konkursu (zgodnie z przepisami o ochronie danych osobowych i RODO). Nie wykorzystujemy twoich danych do  innych celów, niż czynności związane z niniejszym konkursem.

3. Zwycięzcą konkursu zostanie osoba, która poprawnie odpowie na pytanie konkursowe. 

4. Nazwisko Zwycięzcy Konkursu zostanie podana na stronie www.ewaszabatin.pl i IG oraz FB Ewy Szabatin w przeciągu 7 dni od daty zakończenia akcji.

5. Organizator ma prawo podać dane Zwycięzców tj. imię i nazwisko na liście Zwycięzców.

6. W celu przekazania Nagrody, Organizator skontaktuje się ze Zwycięzca na podany przez niego adres mailowy lub numer telefonu. 

7. Organizator ani Fundator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za brak możliwości przekazania nagrody z przyczyn leżących po stronie Uczestnika, a w szczególności w przypadku niepodania bądź podania błędnych danych adresowych lub zmiany danych Uczestnika, o której nie został poinformowany. W takim przypadku nagroda przepada.

5. REKLAMACJE

1. Wszelkie reklamacje dotyczące sposobu przeprowadzania Konkursu, Uczestnicy winni zgłaszać na piśmie w czasie trwania Akcji, jednak nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od dnia wydania Nagród.

2. Reklamacja zgłoszona po wyznaczonym terminie nie wywołuje skutków prawnych.

3. Pisemna reklamacja powinna zawierać imię, nazwisko, dokładny adres Uczestnika oraz dokładny opis i uzasadnienie reklamacji. Reklamacja powinna być przesłana listem poleconym na adres Organizatora z dopiskiem „Konkurs…..”

4. Reklamacje rozpatrywane będą pisemnie w terminie 30 dni.

6. POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

1. W kwestiach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem stosuje się przepisy Kodeksu cywilnego i inne przepisy prawa.

2. Spory odnoszące się i wynikające z Konkursu będą rozwiązywane przez sąd powszechny właściwy miejscowo dla siedziby Organizatora.

3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany zasad Akcji w trakcie jej trwania.

Rules of the "Cooking together with Ewa Szabatin" competition

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the competition "Cooking together with Ewa Szabatin" (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition") is FIT FASHION FREAK BY Ewa Szabatin (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer")

2. The organizer of the prize is the Organizer.

3. The competition is conducted on the website www.ewaszabatin.pl and made available on the FB and IG profile of Ewa Szabatin.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Only natural persons, consumers within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, having full legal capacity, with the exception of the Organizer's employees.

2. The condition for taking part is sending an answer to the question What fruit is the most common in my kitchen and can be a great addition to sandwiches or cold soups?What is your inspiration for its use? and sending a notification with data to the e-mail address of the Organizer: ewaszabatin.fitfashionfreak@gmail.com

3. The competition runs from August 3, 2018 to August 15, 2018.

3. AWARD

1. The prize in the competition is the presence on the film set of a film about cooking by Ewa Szabatin and cooking together in front of the camera. The film will later be published on Youtube channel by Ewa Szabatin.

2. The winner may waive the Prize, but in return shall not be entitled to cash equivalent or any other award.

4. PRINCIPLES OF AWARDING PRIZES

1. Each contestant must send an e-mail to ewaszabatin.fitfashionfreak@gmail.com send an answer to the question - What fruit is the most common in my kitchen and can be a great addition to sandwiches or cold soups? What is your inspiration for its use?

2. By submitting a response, the Participant should agree to use and processing by the Organizer their personal data obtained in connection with the organization of the Competition, only for the needs of the organized Contest, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws from 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). Providing by the Participant personal data is voluntary, although necessary to participate in the Competition. The participant has the right to access their personal data and correct it. By submitting your data, you consent to the publication of your name in the event of a possible win on the list of winners, that is, the use and processing of your personal data for the purpose of this contest (in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and RODO). We do not use your data for other purposes than activities related to this competition.

3. The winner of the competition will be a person who will correctly answer the competition question.

4. The name of the Competition Winner will be announced on the website www.ewaszabatin.pl and IG and FB by Ewa Szabatin within 7 days from the date of completion of the action.

5. The organizer has the right to enter the details of the winners, ie the name and surname on the list of winners.

6. In order to transfer the Prize, the Organizer will contact the Winner at the e-mail address or phone number provided by him.

7. The Organizer and the Founder shall not be liable for the lack of possibility to transfer the prize for reasons attributable to the Participant, in particular in the event of failure to provide or provide incorrect address data or change of the Participant's details of which he has not been informed. In this case, the prize is forfeited.

5. COMPLAINTS

1. All complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Contest, Participants should submit in writing during the Action, but no later than within 14 days from the date of the Awards.

2. A complaint filed after the deadline has no legal effect.

3. A written complaint should contain the name, full address of the Participant and a detailed description and justification of the complaint. The complaint should be sent by registered mail to the Organizer's address with the note "Competition ... .."

4. Complaints will be considered in writing within 30 days.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other provisions of law shall apply.

2. Disputes relating to and arising from the Competition will be resolved by a common court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Organizer.

3. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Action during its duration.
